1. We guarantee that the goods will be free from any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and the goods are fit for their intended use. You are required to check the precise purpose of the product before buying. Therefore we do not accept responsibility if you put the goods to a use which is not intended.

2. If for some reason you aren't satisfied with our product, we accept your return, refund, or exchange request. please contact us within 3 days after you get the package.

3. We accept return, refund, or exchange request in 3 days.

(a) For return, we offer refund for new items which are returned with reasons for not wanting or not being suitable anymore within 30 days from the date of delivery of buyer's order or before receiving it. Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and salable condition with all labels and original packaging. We will refund you the money for the product itself in 3 days after we get the package! (Note: shipping cost is NOT refundable and you should responsible for the return shipping fees.)

(b) For exchange, the new items you want to exchange with reasons within 30 days from the date of delivery of buyer's order or before receiving it must be returned in the same brand new, unused and salable condition with all labels and original packaging. We will exchange it in 3 days for you after we get the package! (Note: you should responsible for the return and resend shipping fees.)

4. We will directly offer refund for those items wrongly sent, damaged received, missing. We would also recommend redelivery for you for free.

5. Your return request will not be accepted and we will not refund you if the product is damaged or parts are lost due to your personal reasons after receiving the goods.

6. Before returning, we strongly recommend you examine the luggage carefully before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airports staff is not covered by warranty. You must file a claim with the airline.

7. Due to airports are imposing regulations on the size of cabin luggage being allowed on-board. We are unable to account for every single airport or airline around the world, with an ever increasing number of changes to size restrictions being imposed. The customer is obliged to check with their airline what maximum size cabin luggage they are allowed to take on board, and it is also the customers responsibility to check the cabin luggage size ordered from us for suitability with their airline before checking in at the airport. Your statutory rights are not effected.
